What’s Next, Phy Tran?

Her favorite memory from her Ally year: Phy's teen girls take a break from learning how to box in her TeenREACH program.

Who’s next?  Phy Tran, Public Allies Chicago is next!  This is the third in a series of quick e-mail interviews with graduating 2011 Allies, who share with us…well, what’s next for them after graduation.

So, Phy…What’s Next?

Project Singapore at SEALNet.  (Ed. note:  SEALNet’s mission is to bring service and to promote the spirit of service leadership among Southeast Asian communities in the US and abroad . They strive to accomplish this by building and nurturing a community of service leaders who are committed to serve, equipped to lead, enterprising in action, and plugged into a network of like hearted individuals who are passionate about social development.)

What part of your Public Allies experience will assist you most in succeeding in this new adventure?

Learning to see great potential in others.

Using just 3 words, What’s one piece of advice you would have for an incoming Ally?

Have no regrets!

Thanks, Phy!  Good luck!  To keep up with Phy, feel free to follow her on twitter (@phytran), or at her facebook page.  If you’re a soon-to-be Public Allies alum and would like to be featured here, tell us what’s next!
